Berenger Sauniere and Emma Calve – How did they meet and were they members of a Secret Society?

"The Masonic collar of Abbe Berenger Sauniere, found among his possessions" - that`s the antique green collar. The blue collars are modern collars of Memphis-Mizraim, the single one is a Grand Master collar like his. The room is the Lodge of Memphis-Mizraim at Versallies.

Rennes-le-Chateau researcher Gerard de Sede wrote that “No one will ever know exactly how the Abbe Berenger Sauniere and opera diva Emma Calve met one another.” De Sede had interviewed those related to the mystery who had known the original RLC players in person. La Diva was the queen of the occult in her time, were she and Sauniere involved with the same secret society? Author Patrice Chaplin has written much about the relationship between these two at Sauniere`s retreat in Girona, northern Spain along with information regarding the Girona Rosicrucian-based “private society” and their activities throughout the history of the region which goes back to the Templars. Her findings will enlighten us on this subject.

The diary of Rodrigo de Saenz de Castillon describes the meeting of the priest and the opera singer in Paris during the year of 1893 (de Sede thought that they had met in 1891):

18 May “After the departure of her guests and also JB her manager and eminence grise and ? - who had urgent business in Paris (Another and younger mistress Leconte whispered to me gleefully as he too left for the railway station in Millau.) La Diva declared herself to be in need of a little holiday and put it to me that as I was obviously in no hurry to return to Paris or anywhere else that I accompany her on a tour of the South with a visit to a most interesting priest with whom she had become acquainted in 1893 in Paris. They met in the Church of St. Sulpice where she often goes to hear Mass. He introduced himself saying that he was a devotee of the opera. He also gave evidence that he is an initiate of the Craft. Delighted she invited him to one of her soirees and they have kept up some sort of correspondence since. This priest Sauniere holds the benefice of some backwoods place called Rennes le Chateau deep in the Languedoc. All that part of the Languedoc is, according to La Diva steeped in history, mystery, supernatural happenings, a cradle of kings, a refuge for Cathars and Templars with hoards of hidden treasure waiting to be discovered in undiscovered caves and grottoes and powerful occult secrets too waiting to empower those who can uncover and interpret them, to those who can decipher certain clues hidden in nature and man-made structures and monuments also. She told me all this as we took our ease that warm drowsy spring afternoon on the lawn at the foot of the castle walls. It would appear that this curé is a man with a special gift for divining such things something akin perhaps to a dowser or water diviner and that he is also a man with a SECRET. I emphasize this because La Diva put plenty of emphasis on it as she told it to me. She would not explain further as to what this SECRET might be no, not even to me a fellow Martinist and Traveller in the Path. Does she know what it is?”

 

Here Don Rodrigo reveals that he and Emma were Martinists. This was no mere fad for Don Rodrigo, his great uncle was one of the founders of Martinism and was with Martinez de Pasqually in the Carribean with the other members of Elus Cohen who formulated the doctrine of the sect. Could this connection explain the Masonic regalia discovered with the possessions of Abbe Sauniere?

The research of Patrice Chaplin in northern Spain outlines the basic tenets of the esoteric group who practiced undercover for generations. It contains Kabbalistic elements which include Egyptian names and references. Kabbalists of the Jewish tradition use no Egyptian references because their ancestors were held prisoner as slaves in Egypt. Also, the Kabbalah diagrams drawn by the Rosicrucians utilize only the Hebrew names on the Tree of the Sephiroth, there are no Egyptian terms used. From whence does this combined tradition of the Hebrew and Egyptian originate? Is it a branch of Freemasonry?

The Martinist Lodge still exists. Using the information from the Castillon diary, we know that Emma and Rodrigo were Martinists. Sauniere`s name has been found on a sign-in sheet of a 19th c. Martinist meeting in Lyon. Emma also makes mention of the priest belonging to this sect.

Modern day Martinists are a branch of the Memphis-Mizraim Lodge of Freemasonry, these are both Egyptian names. “Memphis” is of course a famous city in Egypt and “Mizraim” is the family from which the Egyptians descend in the “Table of Nations” from Genesis 10 in the Bible. Examination of present-day Martinist masonic collars reveals the insignias of the structured Masonic offices. The collar owned by Sauniere is that of the Grand Master!

It is rumored that Sauniere was a high-ranking Freemason and this proves it. He was Grand Master of the local Lodge of Memphis-Mizraim Freemasonry and a Martinist.

Does this mean that the private society in Girona and their journey of initiation is Martinist in origin? They are very secretive due to the opposition of the Roman church over the centuries. At least we have discovered the group to which Emma and Berenger belonged thanks to the diary of Don Rodrigo.

Rennes Chateau : Sauniere's mysterious connection to Canada

A friend just traveled to Rennes Chateau and recently took a picture of Berenger Sauniere's official priest regalia. It is the priest vestment he wears for service. On the vestments of Sauniere was the symbol of the maple leaf. Sauniere was the mysterious priest of Rennes Chateau who came into a fortune of which he later lost. He built the beautiful Rennes Chateau with his fortune. Noel Corbu a later owner of Rennes Chateau talked about the legend of the lost treasure of Blanche Castile. She had her treasure buried because her son Saint Louis IX was a hostage in the Holy Land. She was of ill health and buried her treasure. Some believe that Sauniere found the treasure or secrets about a treasure brought by the Crusader knights from the Holy land entrusted to Saint Louis IX care. The Nova Scotia legends of how knights came to the land long ago with the Vikings have been suggested by many writers. The Mic Mac Indians have legends that talk of the Red Bearded one coming from a land far away. The Oak Island legend and Money pit is one of them.

The maple leaf is an interesting symbol on Sauniere's vestments because it was the symbol for Canada in his time. In fact the Maple leaf goes back into the 1700's as the symbol for Canada. It was the Maple tree that yielded up the treasure of maple syrup. The Indians lived off the syrup. The French settlers showed the Indians how to make it into sugar. On the vestments another  symbol is a vine with grapes which has many meanings. One is the wine which is connected to Jesus at the Last supper "take this and drink for this is my blood". It may indicate a bloodline of what the Hebrews called the "Chosen People".  It means abundance and rebirth. It has a serpentine motion in which it weaves toward the sun.

Another symbol is the gold rose. The rose is a symbol of keeping a secret. Sauniere did just that kept a mysterious secret. Romans would place a rose by the door for confidential meetings. The rose was the favorite flower of the goddesses such as Isis and Venus. The Virgin Mary often is connected with the rose. Our Lady visions of Knock Lourdes and Fatima have connections with the rose. Mary Magdalene was connected with the rose in the movie Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown. Mary Magdalene was a favorite of Sauniere because he built her chapel dedicated to her. A hymn to the Virgin of Monteserrat

begins with the words: "Rosa d’abril, Morena de la serra..." (April rose, tanned lady of the mountain chain...). Therefore this virgin is sometimes known as “Rosa d’abril”.

The symbol IHS which has the meaning in hoc signo vinces. It means

"in this sign you will conquer". Sauniere has these words in Magdalene chapel at Rennes Chateau under the four archangels who stand above the demon . The symbol was found in the catacombs. It has connections with the Tetragrammaton.  Other Sauniere regalia
 bears the Tetragrammaton.

The Sauniere connection with Canada goes with a ship which bears his name. It is located in Canada. It bears the Templar Cross or Cross Patee and a bear. It stands next to the Halifax. Is this a interesting synchronicity? I found the ship after noticing the maple leaf on his regalia. Here she is the Sauniere

In the Rennes Chateau mystery is a connection of Saint Sulpice. In Canada lies the seminary of Saint Sulpice founded in New France in 1657 and is one of the oldest buildings in Canada. It is located in Montreal next to the beautiful Basilica Notre Dame Montreal.

The Tetragrammaton which is the triangle with Yahweh written in the middle or has the all seeing eye. It is above the pulpit in gold. The lamb lies on the altar of Jacob to be sacrificed. The Last Supper is in gold under the altar which is based on Da Vinci's Last supper. It is similar to the Ursuline convent chapel Our Lady of Prompt Succour which also has Da Vinci's Last Supper carved in marble below the altar. It is here Bishop Dubourg trained at the Sulpician Seminary in Paris lived with the Ursuline Sisters in New Orleans. The Cajuns were the Acadiens who left Nova Scotia in the Great Expulsion. They came to New France from Old France bringing their myths and legends with them.

The Sauniere family may have  a history connected to the Acadiens and Louisiana.

Rennes-le-Chateau Mysteries: The Centurion Stone

Rennes-le-Chateau Mysteries: The Centurion Stone, was it carved by Sauniere or is it more ancient?

While hiking in the rough mountainous area surrounding Rennes-le-Chateau, Ben Hammott and his team came upon a carved stone near the rock formation known as “The Centurion” which looks like a helmet. They didn`t know what to make of it, but they supposed it to be one of the rocks carved by the Abbe Berenger Sauniere. Unlike the other stones, this one was not a clue that pointed to a message in a bottle.

Like the controversial “Crista” artifact, the Centurion stone design bears the serpentine form of the Caduceus. In ancient Israel, the serpent on the staff of Moses evolved into an object of worship called the “Nehushtan” which was eventually destroyed by King Hezekiah. Perhaps the Crista, with its fearsome reputation is a form of the Nehushtan - an artifact of the Hebrews would carry a powerful reputation similar to that of the Ark of the Covenant. Is the Centurion stone related to the symbol of the serpent on the staff as well? This design symbolizes medicine and it is also an important Hermetic sigil as the Staff of Hermes himself – the winged Caduceus. 

The number 4 was originally the mark of Hermes before it was adopted by the Catholic Church as the sign of  the “making of the cross” when crossing oneself. As the sigil of Hermes it signifies the 4 directions and the crossroads. The emblem on the stone uses the 4. Is it a Catholic or a Hermetic reference? Those who believe that Sauniere carved the Centurion stone would interpret it as a Catholic sign, while others might consider the 4 to be Templar Hermetic mark.

Thanks to a Swiss member Arcadia Forum there is another example of this design on a beautiful family crest. The insignia is set on a gold background between parted red draperies. At the top are the crescent moon and a gold star. It is the exact same symbol but on the crest it points upwards. Does this indicate that a branch of the Languedoc Templars migrated to Switzerland?

 Does the “S” on the carving stand for the “South” and the Templar connection to Girona, Spain? We know from the Castillon diary that the Templar treasure of Castle Cabrieres was intended for transport to Girona in the south during the battles faced by the Templar Knights against the forces of the Pope and the King of France. The Templars did have a strong connection to the south over the Pyranees Mountains in Girona, Spain.

On the gold crest, the crossbar of the 4 ends in another small cross which makes it the Cross of Hermes, a definite Hermetic reference. The Soldiers of the Temple, the Templars, had learned Hermeticism in the Holy Land during the Crusades. In light of the sigil on the heraldic emblem being so similar, I would say that the carving on the Centurion stone is of Templar origin,

Thanks to Ben Hammott we have an example of this insignia at Rennes-le-Chateau on the Centurion stone. The similarity to the lovely gold crest supports Ben`s discoveries.

Rennes-le-Chateau - The Mystery of the Golden Crest

A geometric sigil is not the usual heraldic device. The one on the golden crest is similar to the carving on the Centurion stone found in the Rennes-le-Chateau area by Ben Hammott and his team. The sigil on the stone and the shield are shown pointing to one another in the collage below, do they illustrate the joining of the North and the South so important to the private esoteric society in 19th c. Girona, Spain?

 


The book “City of Secrets” by Patrice Chaplin tells of the connection of the Abbe Berenger Sauniere of Rennes-le-Chateau church to the city of Girona in the south. He made visits to Girona whenever possible and he used the 19th c. tower near the Girona Cathedral as a directional model for his own tower which he built on his parish hilltop.

The Girona tower was a part of the House of the Canons which was his home away from home.


It was believed by the private Rosicrucian society to which Sauniere belonged, that the connection between the two towers created a vibrational dimension that could be used to create a portal to the spirit realm and to visions of the past – a form of time-travel as it were.


Both the sigil on the Centurion stone (fig. E) and on the gold shield (fig. C) contain the Hermetic “4”, the ancient sign of the god of the crossroads and of the 4 directions. They also both display the serpentine “S” on the staff reminiscent of the medicine staff of Moses in the wilderness and also of the wand of Hermes, the Caduceus.

It is of interest that the upward-pointing arrow on the shield appears to be a compass pointer with the “S” for “south” pointing to the north. This is reminiscent of the method used by Ben Hammott with the direction clues left by Sauniere. Ben found nothing following the pointing arrows, but when he explored in the opposite direction, he found the messages in the bottles left buried by Sauniere.

Hermetic marks are indicative of the Templar Crusaders who once occupied the area of S. France and N. Spain. The Templars had learned of the Hermetic wisdom of the Greeks from the Moslem scholars (captors) in the Holy Land. Greek wisdom had been preserved in Arabic and passed onto the Europeans though the Templars. This newly discovered ancient Greek wisdom caused the European Renaissance.

Both the Hermetic "4" and the Caduceus "S" are Hermetic marks. Another obvious sign of the Crusades is the large gold crescent and star on the golden shield (fig. C). Knights who battled the Moslem Saracen troops in the Middle East often used the sign of the Moslem crescent in their heraldry. The gold crescent moon is displayed on a field of red which is a drapery. Heavy red drapes where used in the palace of the pope.

In the collage of Hermetic devices there are five examples of the Hermetic 4 Cross. The top left is the sign itself (fig. A). Below that is a crest from Limoux, France near Rennes-le-Chateau. This crest is located in an Anglican (Episcopalian English) establishment in Limoux as a wall decoration (fig.B). It utilizes the upside-down 4 of the Hermetic Cross at the base with the “X” for the crossroads. Above on the upper part of the vertical is the double bar of the Cross of Lorraine. This cross is said to originate from the surveying device used by the Templars – the staff with the double-bar.

The carved stone crest at the bottom of the page (fig.D) is from the Renaissance when the Hermetic 4 Cross was used by the printing industry. This is a guild crest of a printer in Venice, Italy.

The final example is one of the clue stones (above) carved by the Abbe Berenger Sauniere and discovered by Ben Hammott through the subliminal clues left by Sauniere in the redecoration of his church. Berenger Sauniere, “BS”, carved his initials in this rock and he also used the Hermetic 4 with the X at the base and a small cross on the crossbar of the 4.

The Centurion stone (fig.E) is also thought to have been carved by Sauniere, but its similarity to the sigil on the gold crest suggests an earlier, perhaps Templar, origin. The Castillon diary is evidence of the Templar connection to Girona – the gold from the Templar castle Cabrieres in S. France was intended to travel to Girona, Spain for safe-keeping.


Does the sigil on the gold crest  prove that the bond between the hoped-for Templar state in S. France and N. Spain existed? As an heraldic shield device, the sigil on the golden crest is totally unique.

I have been researching the Rennes Chateau Mystery and the connection to the Acadians of Nova Scotia . We have very few picture of Abbe Berenger Sauniere,

You see above Berenger Sauniere's regalia and he has a triangle that points down which has two tassels hanging. I have already written on a past article about how Sauniere on his other regalia had the symbol for the Tetragrammaton withing a triangle on another vestment worn by Sauniere. It is located and can be seen at the Rennes Chateau museum. It seems Pope John the XXIII had a pectoral cross with the triangle with the all seeing eye on it. It is seen in cathedrals like Saint Germaine in France.It is surrounded by cubes.

In the tetragrammaton the four letters that is the name of God is written in the center of the triangle. YHWH is written in the bible as the name that must be spoken with great reverence.

The triangle with the all seeing eye is used as a mystical symbol for many different groups such as the Freemasons, Scottish Rite, and Roisicrucians.

A document at the cathedral brought a interesting connection with Rennes Chateau. A group of Osage Indians came to Saint Louis and requested from Bishop DuBourg missionaries to come teach their people. Out of the four only two survived the disease of the city which the Indians had no immune system to protect them. The two Indians that died were baptized and given their last rites by a priest named Father Saulnier. The Saulnier family in genealogy goes back to a ancient Perigord region family. Armand Perigord was a Grandmaster of the Knights Templar. It formed the northern part of the region of Aquitaine.  In heraldry, they are connected to the Sauniere family. It seems the Saulnier family were from Nova Scotia and New Orleans. They are listed in the Acadian genealogy families. Below is the document found at the Saint Louis Cathedral in Saint Louis telling us of Father Saulnier.

Bishop Dubourg was trained at Saint Sulpice began by Ollier who was friends with Saint Vincent DePaul. Ollier and Vincent De Paul were close friends. Dubourg family came for a ancient Lanquedoc family. Dubourg was eventually buried at Besacon Cathedral in France home of the Shroud of Turin before stolen. Another ArchBishop dubourg was buried at Bensacon. Bensacon cathedral has the coincidence of having two DuBourg Bishops buried there. Another Cardinal Dubourg is buried at the Cathedral at Rennes. The Dubourg family has definite connections to the French Catholic Church.

Another coincidence is at the cathedral is a picture that has connections with the Priory of Sion group talked about in the book Holy Blood Holy Grail by Lincoln Baigent and Leigh. It was a group also referenced in the book DaVinci Code by Dan Brown.

DuPlantier states in Priory documents that this painting is an object of meditation. One thing interesting in this picture is the plaque above Jesus head. "Jesus of Nazarene King of the Jews" is written in Greek Aramaic and Latin. The word Nazarene is important since the word Nazareth is often used. The Nazarenes may have lived in a another area different from Quamran where the Essenes lived. It states here that Jesus was a Nazarene.

The first picture of Sauniere shows him wearing his vestments and a triangle forms over his heart with two tassels hanging down. Saint Vincent De Paul is seen wearing the same triangle tied by a cord.

Saint Vincent De Paul Society is connected with the Saint Louis Cathedral in Saint Louis helping to build it. Pope Pius the X is also shown having the triangle pointing downwards in his regalia. Abbe Sauniere has his also tied in the same fashion. The number four plays a significant part of the Rennes Mystery. The triangle with the tassels hanging down  on Sauniere chest maybe the symbol for the number four. At the Magdalene Chapel are four angels representing the four archangels, four cardinal points, four elements, and four Royal stars Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius, and Taurus. The angels are making the sign of the cross.

The triangle pointing downward has a connection with the The Shield of the Trinity which dates back to the 1100's. It is a triangle pointing downward with the Tetragrammaton in the middle. It was produced by a Petrus Alfonsi a former Jew converted to Catholicism. Mathew Paris in the 1200's reproduced a Crusader knight holding a shield in the form of a triangle thus called "The Shield of Trinity."

The number 4 and I'll repeat 4 4 4 if tilted is a triangle pointing downwards with two tassels. It is the symbol of four plus three which equals the holy number seven. The triangle pointed down in connection with Saint Vincent relates to the sixth Beatitude

Many researchers have placed different interpretations of the mysterious Poussin so let me add some thoughts. Nicolas Poussin is said to have placed a mystery in his artwork.

The Shugborough relief, adapted from an engraving of Poussin's second version resides in Shugborough Estate in England home to the Anson family. The park was constructed by James Stuart. He was a very talented and was elected in theFellow of the Royal Society. He was from a poor Scottish family. He traveled all through Europe and Greece. James became a talented painter.

The Stuart/Stewart family play an interesting part in the mystery. Mary Stuart  Queen of Scots whose  son James I became King of England and Scotland after Queen Elizabeth's death. Queen Mary of Scots use to sign her letters with Marie R. She had learnt to spell her name with French as a little girl in France and continued with it all her life. The R may have a interesting importance concerning Nova Scotia history. He took an interest in the colonization of Acadia which is known today as Nova Scotia.

The name "Arcadia " was used   in 1524 by the Italian explorer Giovanni da Verrazzano. He had landed in what is known today as Washington DC, Maryland, and Delaware. The land was green,fertile, and filled with wildlife. He named the area "Arcadia" after the Ancient Greek paradise filled with shepherds and shepherdess tending their flocks in peace.

The "r" was later dropped in the later century and that is how Acadia became the name. The Acadians were the people who settled the lands of what is known as Nova Scotia. The original residents were the MicMac Indians who lived peacefully with the settlers. In 1621 King James I changed the name from Acadia to Nova Scotia ( New Scotland). He granted the territory to William Alexander. The French still called the land Acadia but the Scots called it Nova Scotia.

Under Scots Law, baronets had to "take sasine" by symbolically receiving the earth and stone of the land of which they were baronet. To make this possible, since Nova Scotia was far distant, the King declared that sasine could be taken either in Nova Scotia or, alternatively, "at the castle of Edinburgh as the most eminent and principal place of Scotland."(1)

The Esplanade of Edinburgh Castle, in Scotland, legally is part of Nova Scotia in Canada. Charles I declared it to be Nova Scotia territory so that Nova Scotian baronets might receive their lands there. The decree has never been revoked. (2)

The Acadians are the people who refused to swear allegiance to the King of England and were expelled from their land. Many escaped to Quebec, Maine, France, Magdalena Islands, Maryland, and New Orleans.

What is interesting about Poussin's painting is that the one shepherd on his knees is pointing to the "R" in the word Arcadia. A shadow is cast over it so the viewer far away can not see the letter. It is as if Poussin is trying to cover it up in shadow. If the R disappears then the saying on the tomb would be Et in Acadia Ego. He painted it in the 1630's. French colonists had settled in the land of Arcadia (Acadia) in 1604.

Cardinal Richelieu was a patron of Poussin and promoted the French colonization of the New France.

The Poussin painting and Shurborough Monument  share the pointing out of the "R" in Arcadia. On the tomb is carved the Latin text Et in arcadia ego ("I am also in Arcadia" or "I am, even in Arcadia") I believe the possible message maybe that I am also in "Acadia" or I am ,even in Acadia" Nova Scotia was a fertile land where the Acadians tended their flocks of sheep and cattle. The Acadian ancestors traveled throughout the New World some became Canadians and others became the Cajuns les Acadiens.

The Stuart family lost the title of King of England and for many years the Jacobites tried to reclaim the title they lost. The Scottish Stone which is the Esplanade at Edinburgh Castle is legally part of Nova Scotia. What a coincidence? Poussin's message "I am also in Acadia/Arcadia or I'm even in Arcadia/Acadia is true when looking at the "Esplanade of Scotland at Edinburgh Castle" a stone of Nova Scotia resides there. The stone that the shepherd points may symbolize the "sasine" of the Scots. It emphasizes the Scots love for the earth and why the Stone of Scone is so important to them. Jacob Stone and the Lia Fail are the coronation stones of the Kings of Tara.

Princess Diana of Wales was a Stewart and who knows her son Prince William may be the Stuarts return to the lost title of King of England.

Rosslyn's Chapel Apprentice Pillar, Holy Grail, and Asherah

Rosslyn Chapel in Scotland has the legend that the Holy Grail lies within the Apprentice Pillar. The legend of the death of the Apprentice killed by his Master Mason has the ring of the Hiram Abiff story of the Freemasons. Rosslyn chapel is a tribute to masons. The carvings of stone fill the whole chapel from top to bottom.

Another  legend talks about the Saint Clair family being the protectors of the Holy Grail which was brought back from Holy Land during the Crusades. Winged dragons lie at the bottom of the Apprentice Pillar as well as a serpentine vine winds around the pillar. If the Holy Grail represents the holy bloodline of the Holy Family then the serpentine vine structure reminds us of the twisting of the DNA molecule. The DNA Molecule is the tree of life and the molecule of creation.

Asherah is the female consort to Yahweh. In recent archeological finds dating back to 8th century BC of writings an inscription in stone found in the desert of Mount Sinai translated  means

"I have blessed you by YHVH of Samaria and His Asherah." Asherah was calld the Queen of Heaven. Asherah poles or pillars were made in her honor.

At the Migdal Synagogue was found a stone with two tree like pillars with a serpentine vine wrapping around them. It dates back to the time of Christ. Asherah poles are mentioned in the books of Exodus, Deuteronomy, Judges, the Books of Kings, the second Book of Chronicles, and the books of Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Micah. The Apprentice Pillar resides in the Lady's Chapel. It may represent an Asherah pillar.

Asherah poles or stones were placed in groves of trees. She was connected to the Tree of Life. Rosslyn chapel is a garden of stone. All around the chapel are flowers and vines carved out of stone. A forest of trees surround Rosslyn Chapel. Egyptians used pillars for their temples at the entrances. The Masons such as the legendary Hiram Abiff and the Temple of Solomon  masons built the great pillars called Boaz and Joachim (1 Kings7:21). Freemasons use the symbols of the two pillars Boaz and Joachim. Solomon's Temple was a marriage of male and female energies merged together. The Freemasons has goddess imagery such as the Statue of Liberty who was financed and built by Freemasons. The Asherah pole was an upright pole draped with a embroidered cloth. The square and compass of the Freemasons  is the merging of male and female energies.

The Hunterian Psaltar was said to be produced in 1170 in England. It was a time of the Crusades and the illuminations bring some interesting evidence of what the nobles and monks religious beliefs. In the Psaltar it seems a merging of pagan symbolism and Catholic imagery. The winged serpent appears mutiple times in the psaltar.

The winged dragon held a different place in the imagery verses the devil. In the Psalter the devil is portrayed differently. The serpent wraps around the Tree of Knowledge very much like the Apprentice Pillar vine. The serpent only has eyes for Eve. Eve ate of the Tree of Knowledge first before Adam. The winged serpent and serpent imagery was imagery of wisdom and healing. The Druids had a caduceus of two serpents merged together. I did notice on the Arms of James FrancisEarl of Rosslyn in Patrick Pollen's stained glass window in the Crypt has two winged dragons one dark and the other light.

The winged serpent's imagery is interconnected with the goddess such as Diana, Asherah, and even Mother Mary whose foot stands on the serpents head. The Pillars of the Temple of Solomon were said to be hollow and contain the records and hidden information for protection.

A interesting picture in the Hunterian Psaltar is the Raising of Lazarus. Hit the link below and you will see the picture of Jesus raising Lazarus who was Mary of Bethany and Martha's brother. Hit the link and you will see the lower frame of Jesus pulling the hand of the mummy Lazarus. In the above frame you will see the devil who has no resemblance to the winged serpent.

A close up shows that Jesus has no eyes for Lazarus but that his eyes are only for the beautiful Mary of Bethany who has eyes for only Jesus.  Did the Crusaders have knowledge of Jesus's great love for Mary of Bethany? In this Psalter dating back to 1170, it appears they  may have known of the love connection between Jesus and Mary. It is possible that the legend of Joseph of Arimathea coming to England perhaps he brought this tale of love or is it due to secret knowledge brought back from the Crusades placed in the Psalters and Bibles of the noble families who commissioned them from the monks. The Celtic monks may have known of the knowledge and placed it in the Psalter.

Chartres Stained glass windows may show knowledge of Supernatural beings from Orion

Chartres Cathedral was constructed between 1193 and 1250 AD. It was during the times of the Crusades. The legend of Templar knights bringing back knowledge from the Temple of Solomon is written by many researchers. The Crusader knights came from the noble families of France and Europe. A picture of the Ark of the Covenant is on a pillar at Chartres showing it being moved by a cart. The inscription states that the "Ark of the Covenant was yielded from here."

One can see a round globe on top of the Ark. It could have been a astrolabe device. The astrolabe was found in the Psalter of Saint Louis and Blanche of Castile. Mathematicians, Scribes, and Astrologers were considered working with sacred secret knowledge only for nobles and clergy. It was knowledge handed down from the heavens such as written in the book of Ezekiel. In a previous article I have shown in Saint Louis Bible, the picture of "The Great Architect" using his compass to design the universe.

The Mideast had scholars who had knowledge of the stars, alchemy, and ancient texts. It was a time of mixing of cultures and knowledge. Queen Blanche of Castile who was Saint Louis's mother was daughter to King Alfonso VIII of Castile and Eleanor of England. Her grandmother was Leanora of Aquitaine. The troubadours and sages were welcome into Alfonso's court and there was great religious tolerance in his land. Jews found a home in Castile and with it they brought great knowledge of the Cabala. He started the first Spanish University. The nation would be the center of cabalistic writing and thinking. It was the time of the Zohar one of the most important Jewish texts next to the Torah. Oral tradition is how the knowledge was often handed down similar to the Druidic tradition. Some of the popular books were that of Ezekiel and Elijah in the Bible. It was the story of the Angels of heaven coming to Ezekiel and teaching the knowledge of the stars and heavens. Astrology became a important skill of which the noble families respected and used. The knowledge had connections to Pythagoras and Plato teachings. Later on in the centuries the Freemasons and other secret societies used this information in their rituals. Gematria came into use with the idea that letters of the alphabet held a number value. Blanche of Castile was a educated woman of her time due to her exposure to court of her grandmother and mother. Chartres Cathedral was built during this period of time and consecrated by Saint Louis in 1260.

In the cathedral of Chartres is the symbols of the zodiac.  It is in the cathedral in different places one is in the stained glass windows above and below is on the pillars carved in stone.

Astrology is not looked with favor in the Catholic church today because of its pagan connections but it seems it played a big part in the Middle Ages. It seems knowledge of the heavens above was of main interest. The Vatican observatory observes the heavens today using the telescopes. Astronomy does seem to interest the Vatican. The idea of extraterrestrial life forms as a possibility has been written about and the Vatican's invitation to astrophysicists on discussing the spiritual aspects of the discovery of alien life forms. The cathedral built in the Middle Ages would reflect the spiritual connection man has with the heavens.

One of the stained glass window at Chartres dating back to the Crusades is the Noah Window. It talks about the "Great Deluge" which was written in the Sumerian texts. The stained glass windows show the Giants who were created from the mixing of dna from "the sons of God" and the daughters of Eve. What is interesting in the windows is a woman giant. It seems the giants were not just male. In the bible story is the story about supernatural beings that were offspring from the angels of heaven and women on earth. The times were before the Great Flood and could reflect the Atlantean people talked of Plato or the Nephilim or "sons of God" who were the sages of old who possessed great wisdom. The origin of the "sons of God" could be reflected in the windows of Chartres. In the window where the giant with the club is looking at the smaller man with the crown on his head may represent the great hunter Orion. Many pictures of the stars of Orion show a man holding a club.

It seems the children were considered royalty and given sacred knowledge and wisdom from the supernatural giants. It is a very different view of the evil Nephilim who were destroyed by the flood. Could it be that Blanche of Castile and Saint Louis believed they were from the royal line of the angels of the heaven. At Chartres cathedral is a holy labyrinth which on Summer Solstice the sun shines through the West Rose Window on the flower in the middle of the labyrinth. The sun and its light illuminates the beautiful stained glass windows. It's power brought the sun for the crops to feed the people.

It seems Queen Blanche and Saint Louis maybe were educated in the importance of the sacred knowledge handed down before the days of the flood. They tried to preserve this knowledge by building cathedrals to house this divine wisdom. They placed the knowledge to be handed down to their noble families in their holy books. They commissioned these books and they were preserved over the centuries. Two Arks exist in Chartres the one of Noah's which the rainbow shines showing God's covenant to man(Noah's stained glass Window) and the other Ark of the Covenant carved in the pillar of stone. Bloodlines were important to the noble families of France. it gave them the right to rule the land. In Blanche's North Rose stained glass window is the prophecy by the prophets. The fleur de lis the symbol of the French noble families is held by Mother Mary as she hold baby Jesus surrounded by kings and prophets. His birth was foretold by prophets and the star in sky brought the Three Magi to give him gifts. It is interesting that Saint Anne who holds baby Mary has the heraldry of the fleur de lis underneath her. Saint Anne is placed next to King David and King Solomon.

In 2004 many crop circles were  labyrinth like in their formation. It may give an example of the interesting earth energies connected with them.  Some say the Chartres labyrinth connects one soul and mind with the Heavens. It is why people walk the maze and pray through it.

It maybe that the royal families knew ancient mystical knowledge which we see reflected in Kabbalah, Freemasonry, and other secret societies. They placed it in their sacred places. Blanche Castile treasure maybe the knowledge her family had obtained during the Crusades. Her grandmother and her uncle Richard the Lionheart both participated in them. Richard the Lionheart was extremely tall and said he came from  infernal Angevin bloodline traced back to Noah and Woden. One wonders did he know of the tall giants called "sons of God" with supernatural powers and the bloodline that intermingled with daughters of men. What do you think?

 

 

Nephilm of Rennes Chateau and Boudet's True Celtic Language

Over the past few articles I have written here at UFO digest about   the story of the Nephilim. The Nephilim are the giants or "sons of God" who bred with the daughters of Eve. The hybrid race gave us the men of renown such as Hercules. Abbe Boudet is a priest who was friends with Abbe Sauniere who gave us the Rennes Chateau mystery. I have shown in the stained glass windows of the Cathedral of Chartres that the giants are represented in the story of Noah. Blanche of Castile and St Louis IX helped build the cathedrals and donated the stained glass windows to the cathedrals. The story of Noah's ark and the deluge story of the killing of the children of the Nephilim is recorded in Genesis. The giants though diminished in numbers did not completely die out and we see in the story of David and Goliath that they did survive.

The Giant carrying the club can be related to the star system Orion. It is a picture of Orion carrying a club.

The legend of Orion the hunter is in the Greek tales of Virgil and Homer.The Mysterious Poussin artist of the Et  in  Arcadia Ego draws Orion who is blind seeking the sun.

The three stars in Orion's belt are known as the "Three Marys" are depicted in Spain and South America star charts and the Dutch star charts are called the "Three Kings".Orion in Babylonian times was known as the Heavenly Shepherd and Egyptian times associated with Osiris. Orion is mentioned in the Hebrew Bible

Job 9:9 ("He is the maker of the Bear and Orion"), Job 38:31 ("Can you loosen Orion`s belt?"), and Amos 5:8 ("He who made the Pleiades and Orion"

In ancient Aram, the constellation was known as Nephîl?′, the Nephilim may have been Orion's descendants.[19]

So Blanche Castile and St Louis placing a giant with a club in his hand as the Nephilim makes sense that they connected Orion star sytem with the descendents of the Nephilim. The knowledge hails back to the Middle Ages where the crusades were fighting in Jerusalem. The legend of the Crusaders bringing back a treasure from the Temple of Solomon may have included this knowledge placed in the stained windows of Chartres and the illuminated Bibles of Blanche and St Louis. The Zodiac is placed in Chartres so the knowledge of the stars was considered sacred knowledge placed in the cathedral.

Orion is used to help identify other stars such as Sirius and Alderbaran.

In France the legends tell of the giants creating the megaliths which are throughout the land. The Celtic people revered these stones and Stonehenge is an example of this. Abbe Boudet in his book the True Celtic Language brings up the Language of the Birds. The Language of the Birds refers to a mystical divine language. The language of the Angels is a sacred language. The Egyptians considered the hieroglyphics to be their language of the birds and the Hebrew believed Solomon had known the language and his wisdom came from this. The Troubadours were said to have the knowledge and it has a connection with Tarot cards.

Boudet believed that one language was the foundation for all languages and he believed it was English. He showed how the Celts migrated all over the world and brought their language with them. It goes with the story of the Tower of Babel where mankind had one language but they were punished and that language was lost due to the migration of the people. In the Book of Enoch the Nephilim teach men to make swords, knives, mirrors, bracelets, ornaments,paint, the painting of eyebrows, dyes, and the use of all kinds of stones.

A prehistoric stone exists at Rennes Chateau dating back to 4000 to 4500 BC. It is stored in a shelter close to the Mayors office. It was dug up by the Vallee de Couleurs near the cave of La Madeleine. Megaliths are found all over the world. One of the typical markings on them is the cup and the ring.

The circle is a symbol for perfection of God and the cycle of death and rebirth. The cup is the symbol for what we call the "Holy Grail" The Cornucopia or cup holds the mystical language of the birds (angels). It is knowledge which could have been handed down by the Nephilim. The "sons of God" who traveled here from the heavens. The mystery of Rennes Chateau may be part of this legend of the Nephilim. The bloodline of the Nephilim may exist even today and Blanche of Castile and St Louis IX knew about the legend as shown in the bible and the stained glass windows of Chartres. In their bibles is the picture of the Great Architect  which is God holding a compass designing the world using mathematics (Geometry). The kings and queens used the stars for guidance and believe the knowledge from the heavens were sacred gifts. The Nephilim's bloodline may not have been exterminated and one wonders if the royal houses knew that it wasn't. Bible reading for centuries was restricted to only the most loyal trusted to the Pope. It would not do for the general masses to read the Bible. The royal houses commissioned their own Bibles so that Rome wasn't the only holders of the sacred knowledge. It is fascinating on how Orion plays in the story of the Nephilim and how the language of the birds (angels from the heavens) could be a sacred language which opens up the great knowledge handed down by our ancestors. The Nephilim portrayed in the stained glass windows of Chartres : The Female giant Virgo

I am writing about the mysterious giants depicted in the stained glass window at Chartres Cathedral. It has many puzzled exactly what message is being depicted in the stained glass windows of Chartres. In my last article I suggest that one of the giants is Orion because he carries a club in his hand. The stained glass window is depicting the story of Noah and the Great Flood. The giants are placed in the windows and some believe these giants may represent the legend of the Nephilim. The heroes of old who were renown, the offspring of the sons of God and the daughters of Earth. They were called the Giants. The Nephilim were said to have given mankind sacred knowledge which was forbidden. The stained glass windows dating back to the Crusades in the 1200's demonstrate the legend.

Genesis 6:1-4

The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went to the daughters of men and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown.

What is fascinating is that in the stained glass window is a woman giant. In the Bible, women giants were not talked about. I thought the female giant may be the constellation Virgo. The story of Virgo does play in the myth about the creation story of the Earth. Two Titan(Giant) brothers Prometheus and Epimetheus were given the job of creating mankind and animals on Earth. Epimetheus gave all the animals a gift but when he came to mankind the box was empty. It was Prometheus who gave mankind the knowledge of fire. He was punished for violating the rules of heaven. Pandora is also connected with Virgo. It was she who opened the box that let out diseases, war, and famine on the Earth. She did give one gift to mankind and that was Hope.  The last goddess to leave the earth was Astraea who carries the corn stalk in her hand. It is her image we see in the Constellation of Virgo.

The Constellation of Virgo

Chartres was home to a pre Christian cult dedicated to the Virgin. Chartres has the zodiac represented in stone and in its stained glass window. Megaliths were located around the site but were frowned upon by the Christian church. Some scholars believe that the Temple in Thebes in Egypt is orientated to Spica the brightest star in Virgo. Many believe that the Notre Dame (Our Lady) cathedrals in France were placed in the same star formation as Virgo. Virgo in the Middle ages was connected with the Blessed Virgin Mary. In the Temple of Thebes the lioness goddess name was Mut and some say the Sphinx is a mixture of a woman and lion in shape. It is said to have a connections between Regulus and Virgo constellations.

Virgo has 26 known exoplanets  orbiting around 20 stars in this constellation. the constellation Virgo has more confirmed exoplanets than any other constellation.

Thebes was the home of the great oracles. Chartres was built by the Capetian family which included St Louis and Blanche Castile. Chartres has a labyrinth which bears a striking resemblance to some crop circles. People pray while walking through the labyrinth feel a special energy.  People have said while walking through crop circles that they could feel an energy.

The one Giant can be identified with Orion who carried a club but I believe the other Giant carrying the spear maybe the hero Hercules. Hercules was a child of the god Zeus and a mortal woman. He was strong and courageous. He too holds a club like Orion but he carries a bow  and the sagitta was a great "arrow" or spear that killed the great Eagle.

Hercules was a great favorite of the Greeks and Romans. His story is is that of a child born from god and a mortal woman. The same story that comes from Genesis where the giants were created from the Nephilim.

The windows at Chartres are fascinating. They leave us a record of how during the Middle ages the legend of the Giants was viewed by the royal families. i am just bringing my suggestions to what the giants in the stained glass represent. It still remains a mystery to this day. What do you think?

 

Tour Magdala and the Queen of Clubs

At the the mysterious town of  Rennes Chateau in France is a tower called the Tour Magdala. It is named after Saint Mary Magdalene. It is said that Migdal Israel was where Mary Magdalene was born. Migdal means tower and it is where a ancient synagogue was discovered . Abbe Sauniere had his study or library in the Tour Magdala. The tower architecture is decorated with trefoils. The book cases in the library have trefoils carved in them.  It is where Sauniere kept his books. Trefoils,Clubs, Clover, or Trefoil knot represents the Trinity. A chimney on the roof of the Tour Magdala has a trefoil cut out. It is said through the trefoil one can see Pech Cardou but I hope to have someone next month confirm this sighting. The trefoils are in the windows of the Tour Magdala.

It seems Sauniere enjoyed the Celtic and Christian symbol of the Trefoil. It has ancient symbolism throughout many religions. It was at the Tour of Magdala Sauniere collapsed on January 17 1917 and then died on January 22,1917.

In the Book of Kells the angel carries the budding rod of Aaron which are trefoils.

In precise mathematical language, a knot is an embedding of a circle in 3-dimensional Eucleidian space.

Aarons rod was a rod depicted with a flower with three leaves. It looked like the clover which Saint Patrick used to convert the pagan Irish to Christianity. He used it to explain the Trinity. The Irish had their own pagan trinity. One was with the triple goddess and the other was the thrice born. They believed in reincarnation.

In one of the oldest Christian churches in France and built by the Merovingians. Baptistere Saint Jean at Poitiers. It shows Emperor Constantine carrying a rod with a trefoil on it.

The name clover derives from clave trinodis which was the name of Heracles' warclub, made from tree with three large roots. This is also why the clover-shape on playing cards are called "clubs."

The club represents the number three. It is the first number according to Pythagoreans and the first male number. The club represented the acorn in French cards. The Parisian cards developed historical and mythical names for the King, Queen, and Knight cards. The Queen of clubs was called Argine which was an anagram for regina meaning Queen. Argea was mother to Argos who is connected to Jason and the Argonauts.

Tour Magdala with its trefoils/clubs is the symbol of the Queen's tower. If you look at the design of the Queen of clubs playing card one sees a black and white tower in the design. The Jack/Knight of clubs carries the eight pointed star which looks like the floor pattern in the Tour Magdala. The Tower card in Tarot is number sixteen. Which is 8 +8 = 16.

The floor of the Tour Magdala was torn up by an excavation team only to be stopped and found a piece of wood. One tile is reported by Andrew Gough to point the way to the spiral staircase and to a window of the view of the Grotto named Mary Magdalene burial site.

The eight pointed star is known as the Queen of Heaven's star or Isis star. The eight pointed star was the Templars code word for the Holy Grail. It is interesting that the Knight of Clubs Lancelot is a major player in the story of the Holy Grail. The floor pattern looks similar to a variant of the Koch Snowflake. The Koch Snowflake fractal  which appeared as a crop circle has six points.  Another fractal can be made by the fleury cross which is the sign for infinity which can be seen at Rosslyn chapel on the grave stone of William De Saint Clair. At Rosslyn Chapel is the steeples on the roof which have clubs,diamonds,hearts, and spades.

The trefoil has it's connection with the three petals of the fleur de lis. The fleur de lis was taken by King Clovis the Merovingian king as his symbol.

The picture above is from the Bedford Hours Illuminated manuscript created in the 1400's. Clovis is taking the fleur de lis as his coat of arms. It was later taken by the Capetians as their coat of arms. Blanche of Castile felt she had a bloodline connection with the Merovingians because she named one of her sons Pere Dagobert. What is interesting in this picture above is the head with a crown sitting on the table underneath the fleur de lis. It has a reptilian look to it. It is probably a style of helmet but I have not seen one like it. I find it interesting that is is placed in the Book of Hours in connection with Clovis. The Merovingians were said in a legend  to have come from Merovee  from the sea who was part fish so the legend goes

In the library at Tour Magdala was a book owned by Sauniere by Camille Flammarion. A astronomer who believed life existed on Mars. He believed that there was something past the universe man saw. This picture depicts this idea.

As the telescopes look deeper and deeper into the universe Flammarion may be proved right something exists even past the Big Bang. Sauniere's library had a room with a view. Who knows the Hubble telescope may one day see Ezekiel's wheel within a wheel which causes the movement of the universe.

The Rennes le Chateau Parchments and Galamus Gorge

Galamus Gorge and the Parchments of Rennes le Chateau

Galamus is a river gorge in the area of the apocalyptic 2012 UFO peak of Mt. Bugarach in southwestern France. Mt. Bugarach can be clearly seen from the tower at Rennes le Chateau. The parchments that were discovered during the 19th c. renovations of the RLC church contain clues which seem to point to the Galamus Gorge cavern complex, church, and hermitage. The beautiful Galamus River is a favorite of adventurers.

“SHEPARDESS NO TEMPTATION THAT POUSSIN TENIERS HOLD THE KEY PEACE 681 BY THE CROSS AND THIS HORSE OF GOD I DESTROY THIS DEMON GUARDIAN AT MIDDAY BLUE APPLES” – from one of the Rennes le Chateau parchments.

 “THIS TREASURE BELONGS TO DAGOBERT II AND TO SION AND HE IS THERE DEAD’ – Rennes le Chateau parchment found at the RLC church. Some say that this passage can be interpreted as “…and the treasure is death.”

“No temptation” and reference to the painter Teniers indicate the locally venerated St. Anthony of the caves of the desert, a hermit. As a clue to a location, it points to a cavern.

“Shepherdess” and the painter Poussin refer to his “Shepherds of Arcadia II” masterpiece. The Shepherdess is a reference to Mary Magdalene as the “Good Shepherd” is a term used for Christ. The KEY that the painting contains is the Rose-Line Meridian. The shepherd points to the line on the tomb which is the Meridian based on the tomb of Mary Magdalene in the Rennes le Chateau area. This line is the KEY axis used in the trigonomic maps of the Templars.

PEACE (PAX) 681 – in Numerology the letters PAX = 681. The writer of this coded parchment message is familiar with the Masonic Templar sciences. The letters “PAX” are also written very large beneath the figure of  St. Anthony at Galamus Gorge on the outdoor entrance to the hermitage which is sacred to St. Anthony and to St. Mary Magdalene as well. Both were known to be hermits who lived in caves. Dagobert II was killed in the year 681 A.D. – a double meaning.

The wild river Gorge of Galamus and its cavern church is also a place of veneration for the other hermit St. Anthony, the St. Anthony who was not tempted. Teniers painted several versions of St. Anthony, but the parchments say “no temptation” – this could describe the second St. Anthony. At Galamus there are caves and the saints who are referenced in the RLC parchments, plus the giant word PAX written at this site.

The terrain of Galamus is mountainous and present day driving along the road which was blasted out of the side of the mountains is hazardous. In the days before modern transportation, horseback was the only way to travel to the Galamus hermitage. Would these hermitage horses be called a “horse of God”? These horses did have the holy mission of transporting pilgrims to Galamus Gorge.

The SATOR Square

The writer of the hidden parchments was a sympathizer of the followers of the Merovingian King Dagobert II who was slain. There is a bust of Dagobert which stood in Rennes le Bains. On the back of the head is carved the Latin SATOR magic square which is ancient. It was also discovered at the ruins of Pompeii and other places such as in early Roman England. Rennes le Bains is famous for its thermal baths. An unusual sight in the church in the Galamus cave is the large carving of this same Sator square topped by a singing or chanting head. This cave is so dramatic that it once had a reputation for being an entrance to the underworld. Magic squares of letters and numbers were thought to hold magic power and were used as talismans in jewelry. Magic number squares symbolized the planets and protected the wearer from particular dangers.  

Does this huge carved example of a magic square talisman protect the Galamus chapel from its former status as the gloomy vestibule to the Land of the Dead? The acoustics of the cavern must be impressive; the head with open mouth could be a reminder of the many monks who have worshipped within the cavern. He may be singing or chanting. There are vowels on the square - these same vowels were used as chants by the Gnostics in the Egyptian desert who wrote the Nag Hammadi Codices.

This is the same Sator magic square that was carved onto the back of the head of the bust of Dagobert. Is this a connection to the treasure of Dagobert II in the Rennes le Chateau parchments?“

By the cross…I destroy this demon…” from the parchments sounds like an exorcism. The “blue apples of the Midi area” or “midi” as “noonday” refers to the blue fruit of southern France. These are the blue grapes from which they make the wine used in the Eucharist.

Many of the clues in the coded texts delivered to San Sulpice Church in Paris by the priest Berenger Sauinere are found at the spectacular site of the Galamus Gorge hermitage. It is said that a nun was lost in the caves there once. It is a location that provides many mysterious passages and hiding places. Perhaps there is more to be discovered there.

Albion and Jesus

An enduring folklore of the south-west of Albion states that Joseph of Arimathea, the merchant uncle of Jesus came here. As archaeology has proven, two thousand years ago there was substantial trade with the eastern Mediterranean which could well have brought Joseph to Albion. Legend also suggests that the young Jesus may have accompanied his uncle on one of his trips.

In his poem Jerusalem, often viewed as the greatest anthem of the English people, 18th century mystic William Blake asks:

‘And did those feet in ancient time.
Walk upon England's mountains green:
And was the holy Lamb of God,
On England's pleasant pastures seen!’

Local legend in Cornwall even identifies a 13th century church with a 6th century Celtic heritage at St Just in Roseland on the Roseland peninsula that tradition identifies as being where Jesus and Joseph are reputed to have first set foot ashore.

The early Celtic church was very different to the authoritarian and patriarchal Roman Catholic institution which eventually took over from the late 5th century. Instead it had much in common with gnostic Christian teachings and with the Druidic and the even more ancient spiritual tradition it superseded. It came to Albion very early and during our journey in July we’ll visit sites where the essence of such early Christianity and the presence of Joseph and perhaps even Jesus himself, can still be sensed.

Glastonbury, dominated by the Tor and its church tower dedicated to St Michael around which the serpentine earth energies of the Michael-Mary leys flow, is the mystical centre of the earliest church tradition. Within the beautiful ruins of Glastonbury Abbey, its chapel dedicated jointly to St Mary and to St Joseph stands on the earlier sanctuary where the latter is said to have returned to Albion after the crucifixion to found the Christian church. Records suggest that this could indeed be true as Pope Eleutherias asked for the chapel here to be re-dedicated in 166AD.

St Patrick the patron saint of Ireland ended his days as Abbot of Glastonbury and after his death pilgrims including St Brigit and St David the patron saint of Wales journeyed here. The body of Joseph himself is reputed to have been buried on Glastonbury’s Chalice Hill along with the legendary Holy Grail, the cup used at the Last Supper.

Another of the Glastonbury traditions is that when he arrived here Joseph struck his wooden staff into the ground of Wearyall Hill below which he then built his church. Legend says that the staff took root and from it descended generations of the holy thorn which is still revered.

But in late 2010 the Wearyall Hill thorn was hacked down by an unknown assailant and for unknown reasons.

Whilst as many people around the world were, I was very saddened to hear of its desecration. But looking beyond the apparent act of vandalism, I wonder whether such an event can offer a deeper potential opportunity for healing?

For I feel that the thorn itself is a potent symbol of suffering and sacrifice that in much of Christian teaching has overwhelmed the deeper message of love and the gnosis of the divine within us all. It seems to me that it is now time for the original gnostic roots of Christ’s teachings as embodied in the Celtic church to prevail and so the remaining root of the ancient thorn embedded within Wearyall Hill is for me, a symbol of this lasting, loving and universal truth.

Leonardo  Da Vinci studied the Flower of Life

On July 1 2012 a crop circle formed at Walden Hill at Avebury. The crop circle pattern was a triangle with flower of life symbols with in it.

The triangle contains four levels. The first level contains only one flower of life. The second level contains two flower of lifes. The third level contains three flower of lifes and the fourth level contains four.It reminds one of Pascal's triangle. It holds what Pythagorean called the "Perfect Numbers". One was for reason, two was for opinion, three for harmony, and four for justice.

It is part of sacred geometry and deals with Space and Time. The crop circle comes when the announcement from CERN of possibly finding the "God Particle."
The Flower of Life is connected to the Metatron Cube. The Metatron is in the Book of Enoch which talks about the Tree of Life. It refers to the seed and flower. We know all life needs water and the Flower of Life when branches out forms a snowflake pattern. Crystallized water is a essential part of life on Earth. The Flower of Life can be found all over the world. It is on Temple of Osiris in Abydos Egypt and I have seen it on ancient Jewish sarcophagi.

Leonardo Da Vinci found the Flower of Life fascinating. He left us his drawings and one can see the crop circle formation in his notes.

He placed the Flower of Life in the same triangular sequence as the crop circle in Avebury. He was working with platonic solids, spheres, golden ratio and phi. Da Vinci was using the designs in his artwork.Leonardo was a painter, scientist, and engineer. Da Vinci knew how sacred the symbol of the Flower of Life.

I find the timing remarkable at the time CERN may have found the "God Particle" that a crop circle in Avebury would give us the Flower of Life formation. In the Book of Enoch is the story of the Archangel the Metatron who instructs Enoch on the stars. Enoch was given sacred knowledge of astronomy, mathematics, and science. Enoch was taken on flight through the Universe by Uriel the Archangel. I think it is fitting for this sacred symbol to be a crop circle.Leonardo Da Vinci one of the greatest minds of all time knew the sacredness of this symbol. We have come full circle through time. If man discovers the "God Particle" then did mankind find the Tree of Life?

A exciting discovery has been made by Fiona McClaren who tells the story of a Da Vinci paintings hung on her father's wall in Scotland.

What is interesting is that the painting had a Papal Bull on the back with the word Magdalene written on it. The painting is of Mary holding a baby with a child who looks like John the Baptist holding a staff. A lamb lies below looking at child that looks like John the Baptist. I will bring up the point that Mary has a halo and Saint John but the baby being held does not. Fiona believes that the painting depicts Magdalene holding her child by Jesus because the woman is dressed in red.

The painting is thought to be heretical and was placed in hiding because on the back is a leter from the pope with the Italian word for Magdalene. The timing is amazing considering the books such as Dan Brown's Da Vinci Code and Holy Blood Holy Grail by Baigent Lincoln and Leigh have talked about the Holy Family. It is a time when the nuns of the church and women are asking for the Vatican for equality. Da Vinci may have seen or predicted this day. Da Vinci was a prophet in many ways when one looks at his sketches of his marvelous inventions.

I have written articles on Rennes Chateau and Magdalene whose hands clasped in a mysterious way is a recurring theme. I have found the mysterious hands at St Louis of a statue of Mary Magdalene, Miraculous Medal Shrine at Perryville Missouri where a very pregnant woman stands under the cross, at Our Lady of Knock in Ireland where Magdalene kneels under the cross, Jean Cocteau at his funeral, and Saint Philomena. I believe this symbol is used to acknowledge the stories about Magdalene and women's position in the church. Their struggle for a place at the table of the Last Supper.

Saint Louis was settled by the Acadians as they came to settle after being forced out in the Great Expulsion in Nova Scotia. They were persecuted for their faith.

Perryville was home to many Acadians who fled Nova Scotia from the Great Expulsion. Nova Scotia was called New Scotland by Sir William Alexander in 1682.
The Acadians took these legends or myths with them.

It was in Ireland that Saint Brigid of Kildare held a great position of power in the Celtic Catholic Church. Women could hold this position in the Celtic Christian church which when Rome took over power the men were only allowed such positions. Ireland and Scotland passed along many legends. It is not surprising that the lost Da Vinci found a home Scotland. A legend says some Crusaders and Templars to escape the Inquisition and arrest settled in Scotland. Their families may have participated in the settling of Nova Scotia.

It seems that maybe some of the monarchies were aware of the heresy and legend that Magdalene had children and was part of the Holy Family. The hands may serve as a sign to this story where Magdalene comes to France to live and may have had children.
Poussin was employed by Richeliu and the King Louis XIV. He painted Et Ego Arcadia. Arcadia was a large territory in the New World which incorporated Nova Scotia later called Acadia. It is Poussin's Lamentation of Christ shows us a weeping child next to Magdalene. The child is hidden and made to look like a an angel but if one looks closely he is a mortal child next to a cherub.

You will see next to the Madonna holding her son, a woman angel and a baby angel weeping for him. It is a very unusual station of the cross. The number thirteen is signifcant because of the Templar arrest on Friday 13 on 1307 by the King of France and the Vatican.

If the lost Da Vinci is verified as a real Da Vinci worth about 100 million dollars. It adds more information on the genius artist Da Vinci who perhaps was not a devoted artist for the Vatican and Rome. The painting found could shed information that Da Vinci was a believer in a heresy that Magdalene's position in the church was suppressed. Da Vinci's Last Supper may have to be reevaluated when this lost Da Vinci gets verified. It would show that Da Vinci supported the heretical view that there was a Holy Family whose women and children were suppressed by the church. His art survived for centuries to have the message come out for the whole world to see. It was death to go against the Vatican at the time and this painting may have had to go in hiding to prevent its destruction. I'm glad the painting found a sympathetic home and we now get to share in the exciting wonder of a new lost Da Vinci.

Mary Magdalene, Lost Michaelangelo, and the Lost Da Vinci

Lost Michaelangelo found in 2007 and Lost Da Vinci found in 2012

I last reported on the discovery of a Lost Da Vinci painting discovered by Fiona McLaren. She has written a book on her research of the painting called Da Vinci's Last Commission.

The Lost Da Vinci is in the process of going through intensive scrutiny but Fiona McLaren believes it is a painting of Mary Magdalene holding her child.

I have written in articles before that the times that Da Vinci lived were filled with the corruption of Rome. Da Vinci worked for the Medici family and the Borgia family. The Pope did not practice what was preached in the rule of celibacy. He had mistresses and children. Many other great artists of the period observed the same thing and one was Michaelangelo. I have written in earlier articles how small children are seen in many of the Lamentations of Christ. Bourdon,Poussin, and Michaelangelo have children standing next to the dead body of Jesus. I believe it may represent the fact that a Holy Family existed after his death. The Holy Family would include children from Jesus family including his brothers, sisters, and cousins. We know from the Bible that Jesus had cousins and a aunt. In the Bible, Peter is married because Jesus cures his mother in law of an illness. Pope Clement wrote that Peter and Phillip begat children.

Fiona McClaren was given the painting by her father. She believes the picture might be a heretical one due to the Papal Bull on the back with the word Magdalene in Italian written on it. I have found that Michaelangelo's Collona Pieta and his last work Deposition may give some insight to this Lost Da Vinci.
In the Colonna Pieta which was made by Michaelangelo for Victoria Colonna who he wrote love sonnets is a picture of a young woman, two children holding the body of the dead Jesus. The children I have showed holding the arms of Jesus have no wings. The dress on the young woman holding Jesus in her lap has on her heart a face of a angel pendant. In 2007 a lost Michaelanglo was discovered in a private home in New York. It is said to be a Lost Michaelangelo by historian Antonio Focellino. It seems a coincidence that in 2012 a Lost Da Vinci is found in a home in Scotland. The paintings both have children in them. Victoria Colonna was trying to reform the Catholic Church and was friends with many Protestants. Her influence on Michaelangelo was great.

Both the Florence and Lost Michaelangelo have the woman and children dressed in red or pink. Red is a symbold for Blood. The Lost Da Vinci the Madonna is dressed in red.

It is in the last years of Michaelangelo that he paints the marble statue called Deposition. He paints his face on Joseph of Arimethea. The marble statue has Joseph of Arimethea, Mary the Mother, and Mary Magdalene holding the dead body of Jesus. It is Mary Magdalene that has a band around her head with a pendant on it with the face of an angel. The pendant with the face of the winged angel is on the woman's dress (Madonna/Magdalene) over her heart in the Collona Pieta.
The pendant of the face with wings reminds one of the Egyptian priestesses of the temples where the Ancient Egyptian Mysteries Schools. Is Michaelangelo indicating Magdalene's priestess status and in his Colonna Pieta is the young woman with children grieving has a dual symbolism for Magdalene and the Madonna. She represents women and their compacity to bear children. The symbol of the face with wings (angel) may represent that women were priestesses in the ancient temples of Egypt sharing the responsibility and reverence with the priests of the ancient temples.

Why Michaelangelo placed this symbol over the heart of the woman in the Colonna Pieta with the two children as well as Mary Magdalene's head band is intriguing. The Lost Michaelangelo painting in New York is found in 2007 and now a Lost Da Vinci is found in 2012. Fiona McClaren believes that her painting was heretical and was hidden by the families because of the fear of death. The Lost Da Vinci painting and Michaelangelo's Deposition Pieta were both the artists last works. It is for good reason they waited because they were old men. Death in prison or burning at the stake lost its power over them. It was their last work of two geniuses of their time. Are these just coincidences are are these connected. What do you think?

Leonardo Da Vinci and the Neanderthal Man

A Lost Da Vinci painting may have been found by Fiona McLaren in Scotland. A baby sits on the lap of Mary and he has a Greek foot or Morton's toe which Da Vinci placed on many subjects in his paintings. Art Historians recognize this is a Da Vinci classic mark and is one of the signs that this painting my be a real Da Vinci painting worth over a hundred million dollars.

The Greek foot or Morton's toe is where the big toe is shorter than the second toe. Da Vinci drew many of his skeleton sketches with the Greek foot. Our Statue of Liberty has the Greek foot. The French thought it  was a sign of intelligence and royalty. It was called "Pied de Neanderthal". The Greek foot was used during Roman times and the Renaissance period. Morton called it "a prehuman grasping toe."  The Neanderthals remains have shown they had the Greek foot or Morton's toe. It seems that all Neanderthal's that have been excavated have this genetic tendency. The Cro Magnum man had the more common Egyptian feet which has the big toe as the longest digit. The Greek foot was a sign of royalty during the Ptolemy reign in Egypt when Greece ruled.

In a late science study of the Neanderthal genome and human genome, it was found their were 99.5% identical. It is now thought that modern man and Neanderthals may have mated and produced hybrids. We know now that they learned to work with fire, had a language, tools, and buried their dead. We are getting a different picture of this ancestor who had brains as large as us. We may have inherited some traits from the Neanderthal and I am wondering if the Greek foot or Morton's toe may be one of them. Da Vinci had a fascination for this trait. In the Virgin on the Rocks the baby Jesus has a Greek foot as well as John the Baptist. Their feet are similiar to the painting in the Lost Da Vinci. It is said by scientists that some of our immunities may have come from the Neanderthal. In 2010 a study showed that perhaps 1 to 4% of modern no African human genome may have come from the Neanderthal. It was 2012 that charcoal paintings were found in Spain cave dating back 42,000 to 43,000 years ago made by a group of Neanderthals. They would be the world's oldest paintings.

If one looks at the Archangel Raphael's feet one can see the Greek foot or Morton's toe.

Verachio was teacher to Da Vinci and Da Vinci is said to help paint part of the work. We can see that Da Vinci was not the only one who painted this curious feature in his painting. I find it interesting that the feature is placed on Jesus, John the Baptist, and Raphael.  In the Virgin and Saint Anne the feet of Saints show the Greek feet on both women. Da Vinci could have recognized it as a heredity trait passed down by the mother and father.

We know Bible story of the Nephilim in Genesis who became extinct due to climate change in the Bible. It was said they were offspring of the angels or "sons of god". One wonders if the story of the extinction of the Nephilim could be related to the story of the extinction of the Neanderthals. It seems some of us may have in our genome a bit of DNA from our great extinct ancestor. I would suggest everybody take a look at your feet. Da Vinci seems to have thought that the Greek foot was not a deformity but very special.

Brief thoughts on the new Ralph Ellis book, ‘Jesus King of Edessa’

I would like to thank the publisher, Dirk Vander Ploeg, for bringing this particular book to my attention.

The author makes a momentous claim on his introductory page:

“This is the book that the Catholic Church has been dreading for the last 1700 years. This is the book that will end Christianity as we know it.”

I have not read this book through but the front cover is important and worth paying more attention to.

I checked the coin out on this cover with my brother David who is a numismatic expert, specialising in Roman. The claim is made by the author that the coin depicts Jesus wearing a ‘crown of thorns’.  However, David explains:

“The so called crown of thorns is a diademed crown; that means one encrusted with jewels to show wealth.”

In fact diademed crowns were quite commonplace as royal headdresses around this period and a lot of other coins show rulers displaying similar. 

 

 

The actual coin illustrated on the front of Mr Ellis’s book appears to relate to the above coin.

Let’s examine the front and reverse of a coin.

Right reverse side seems to be Abgar (X) Severus Bar Abgar (IX) Rabo ( 214– 216). He was a ruler of Osroene and is wearing a traditional tiara crown. Yes, this is the popular diademed crown we have discussed above. The front face is of Gordian 111.

This ruler on the reserve is I think the same chap as on the Ralph Ellis book from front cover image depicted as Jesus and said to be wearing a crown of thorns.  Compare the coin images for yourself and you will get the general idea of all this.

Even if Jesus would have been a bona fide person (which is extremely doubtful regardless of typical propaganda) the coin minters of the time would never have flattered him, via adding his image alongside a noble Roman Emperor. Add to this the common use of regular majestic headdress that was ‘not’ exclusive to the Ellis coin and things appear to become different.

In 216 , during the reign of Abgar X Severus Bar Abgar (IX), the Roman Emperor Caracalla finally seized the small kingdom, which became a Roman province.

Although I would wish Mr Ellis well in his attempts to discredit spurious faith systems we must in all fairness be 100% precise when it comes to making central claims regarding the controversial historicity of certain mythological characters. The search for truth must be based on accuracy for without precision we merely add more fuel to the fire of religious confusion and social misunderstanding.

This succinct scrutiny however stands as no attempt whatsoever to discredit the main book as I have not read it. It is just a minor passing observation of one illustrated claim, regarding the alleged Jesus figure.

The question remains: does the coin show Jesus wearing a ‘crown of thorns’, as alleged by the author, or are we simply viewing yet another minor sovereign wearing the typical, royal, jewelled headgear of the period that was ‘not’ exclusive to this king? You decide! 

Many, more uninspiring authors like to tread the ‘safe’ path and avoid certain heated subjects. However, if nothing else Mr Ellis has clearly started a controversial debate and that alone is to be congratulated.

The False Messiah: what you ‘need’ to know

Do you sincerely ‘Think for yourself’ or is your subconscious thought process the result of clever, socio-religious, indoctrination since birth?

You will not find the eternal salvation you dearly crave in the dusty old halls of monotheistic hypocrisy. You will not find it within any synagogue, church or mosque. It will not in fact be accessed in any man-made structure of alleged piousness. No, you will discover more true revelation within a bleak mountain stream, a cool oak wood or ever under a pebble on the shore than in such artificial structures.

Christianity was ‘never’ our native faith system. It was (is) an invasive, foreign death cult from eastern shores.

Its traditions and customs were shrewdly lifted from earlier Pagan faith systems. Even the Christian calendar is based on the much older heathen agricultural cycle. Patriarchal 1st century myth maker made sure that their new version on the sun-god, Jesus, would fit nicely into the old seasonal cycle.

Christianity simply made powerful inroads into all lands with a bible in one hand and a big sword, or loaf of bread, in the other. The Christian cult shattered many trusting native cultures around the globe; cultures that had happily survived for thousands of years before the missionaries arrived with their hollow promises.  It is now highly influential and in the UK alone the Fifth column of clandestine fundamentalists in Westminster holds far too much power. Most ordinary folks however are so indoctrinated to all this that they are unaware of this shrewd sleight of hand. The clever deception only really comes to light at times when demands for say gay rights, abortion or female bishops are raised. At such ecclesiastically unsteady times the gospel-pushing hardliners quickly rush out of the woodwork to stamp on liberal Christian dissent, via quoting what they see of God’s Will and biblical writ! It is all so transparent yet the blinkered public simply never see it coming, time after time. This subconscious public trust, which has been deviously cultivated for centuries, helps the Church to keep the naive populace in the dark...all lies, spin and crafty Dark Age propaganda. Think For Yourself - rather than allowing grinning men in dog-collars to do it for you!

So how did society come to this limited mind-set? History teaches us many lessons, if we permit it to.

Witches suffered a horrendous period in 17th century England.  Incarceration was quickly followed by interrogation involving the most horrifying of tortures.  It was all done in God’s name and with endorsement of the highest magnitude from Church authority. It is extremely important for all members of contemporary society (especially contemporary Pagans and Witches) to understand just how and why the despicable witch hunt hysteria started in the first place.  In effect it was a wide-ranging hate campaign by the Church involving intensive levels of ethnic cleansing against wholesome, native spirituality, like the world had never seen.

Today, much of what misled people regard as hard fact concerning the Burning Times is without doubt merely early ecclesiastical propaganda, endorsed via confession under torture.   In those sinister days the Church controlled printing and it had the absolute monopoly on the press.  All aspects of the ancient indigenous fertility religions had to be suppressed; ergo the tool of the printer gave the holy Church just the weapon it needed to push witchcraft into the furnace of death and beyond. Moreover, following the horrors of the plague minorities were rapidly singled out as scapegoats for the misery in society.

When the next uncontrollable infection arrives (as with the Black Death) and beats the best efforts of the modern scientists, we may well see the same, fundamentalist-inspired, malicious social effects. Minorities may be singled out again for the ‘Treatment’ as scapegoats for social angst. Such is the sinister nature of fundamentalism in times of extreme discord.  The latter scenario will only however be reliant on human survival. Should we fail ‘completely’ then the meek that we stamp on without concern today will take their place in the evolutionary cycle and rule the earth!

Visions of an apocalypse, biblical revelations and similarly misleading notions are utter nonsense that will lead us into the eternal fire of no return. The truth resides in the entire opposite of what the grinning Sunday school evangelists spew out to the trusting young.  If we let them the self-righteous fundamentalists in power, with their fingers on the self-destruct button, will be the ones to obliterate us all

The Beast Within!

Church doctrine has been shrewdly formulated to prepare humanity for a so-called ‘Second coming’ of Christ, heralded of course by a satanic period of consternation on earth.

This ridiculous ‘prearranged’ state of affairs, which is in effect subconsciously ‘welcomed’ by Church ethos,  is somewhat amusing in itself when so much doubt already exists about the widely supposed  historicity of the Christ figure; a first century Jewish mythological invention that was clearly based on much older, sun-god personages and traditions.

 It does not have to be like this but to stop the rot humanity must wake up to the existent fundamentalist dangers that may lead to our absolute destruction. History testifies to those with clear minds, free from spiritual captivity, that the so-called ‘Good Guy’ in the white robe was never in fact anything of the sort. This was simply a clever subterfuge to control us all and it still works extremely well today! The hope and promises of great salvation are utterly counterfeit and deviously implemented, via using subconscious fear as a key, to ensure religious compliance over the masses.

The apocalyptical Beast of Destruction, so often misquoted by the Church and its blindly devoted adherents, lies ‘within’ and that is where it must be utilised (not feared) towards the quest for liberation of self and greater truth! The Beast remains as our vital animalistic nature that if ignored may run out of control, yet if incorporated effectively will lead us to survival, greater progression and nobility. 

In absolute reverse, the so-called Lamb of God is the deceptive messenger, the perpetrator of false hope who will ultimately bring horrendous annihilation onto us all. The smiling wolf in sheep’s clothing is the real villain of the peace.

We have been historically hoodwinked and lied to by the conceited powers of spiritual supremacy for centuries.  Liberation of the spirit will not come overnight but it is sincerely obtainable if we can just bypass the liberal-minded bleeding hearts and the regular herd mentality that is pushed into our face on a daily basis.

Our very survival depends upon our ability to say ‘No’ to the decaying religious falsehoods of ‘all’ the eastern, monotheistic, religious cults we are force-fed throughout life!

The dog-collared servants of the False Messiah sit smugly in their dismal stone temples, confident in the knowledge that the propaganda they glibly spin to the trusting masses is still as effective today as it was centuries ago.

They get away with it only because - you let them!

The Beast inside can be restrained for a time; but then when let free it will undoubtedly assist us to tear through the ocean of sanctimonious lies and deceit of the Lamb!

Truth and enlightenment will undoubtedly triumph in time; it must for the survival of our species is 100% dependent upon it!
